Lynne Hart, saxophonist and arranger, holds a Masters Degree in woodwind performance from the U of Iowa and a Bachelor of Music, theory and composition, from the U of Minnesota. Lynne has performed with several touring Broadway shows including: A Chorus Line, The Full Monty, City of Angels, Grand Hotel, State Fair, Mame, Annie, My Fair Lady, Peter Pan, Sugar Babies, Ragtime, Chicago, etc.,

She has performed with several Motown groups, including The Temptations, The Supremes, and has played in back up bands for Natalie Cole, Ray Charles, Wayne Newton, Roberta Flack, James Ingram, Sheena Easton, Lorrie Morgan and Jazz luminaries including Louie Belson, Clark Terry, Buddy Defranco.

Locally, when steppin' out on the Funk Daddies, she performs with the Manny Lopez Big Band (Davenport), The Vanguard Jazz Collective (Cedar Rapids) Theatre Cedar Rapids musical productions, the Variety Club Telethon and others.
